1- Sugary drinks: memory impairment

2- Broths and soups: increased risk of stroke
Despite the fact that chefs consider broths to be a full-fledged dish, nutritionists consider them to be drinks. The aromatic hot first offered by fast food establishments and the soups and broths graciously corked by the manufacturer seem like a great snack idea. Especially during time trouble, when every minute counts. However, they can be costly for brain health. And all because of the record amount of salt and fat.

3- Drinks high in caffeine: exacerbate stress

This is the amount of more than 0.1 mg per 1 liter of drinking water. Hence the conclusion: not all water is good for health.
5- Energy drinks: increased risk of stroke
Lots of caffeine and even more sugar. Approximately this formula is used to produce energy drinks of most well-known brands. Therefore, they invigorate a little better than coffee, but they also pose a serious threat to health.
The National Health Safety Agency (Anses) has published a report according to which frequent consumption of energy drinks can lead to high blood pressure, and therefore an increased risk of stroke.

6- Alcoholic drinks: increased risk of dementia
